These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the 4Low online store ("Online Store") at www.4Low.com (the "Website") and to orders for products available through the Online Store ("Product"). The Online Store is owned and operated by 4Low Ltd. and its affiliates ("4Low," "We," or "Us"). By purchasing products from the Online Store, you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirements for written communication. These terms and conditions may change from time to time, and you agree to be bound by the terms in effect when you place an order. Orders can only be placed by Canadian residents or US Residents (where indicated) with a Canadian or US mailing address, and we only ship to municipal street addresses within Canada and the US.

Ordering Process
To purchase products from our Online Store, you must provide a valid delivery address in Canada or the US. Certain addresses, such as PO Boxes or freight forwarders, are ineligible for product purchases or deliveries. You must provide your name, address, phone number, email address, payment information, and any other required details. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Online Store. You may, but are not required to, create a personal profile to store your billing and shipping details for future orders. You agree not to share your profile sign-in information and password with anyone and to refrain from using the Website in any manner that could cause it to be disabled, damaged, or overloaded. By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, including the Product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes (the "Purchase Price"). Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel your order and notify you. The price displayed in your shopping cart may differ from the price when you first added the product, due to changes in pricing or promotions.

Acceptance, Rejection, or Cancellation of Orders
By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale. 4Low reserves the right to accept or reject any order, including those that we believe are not placed in good faith or that violate applicable laws. Once your order is received and accepted, we will send you an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract will only occur once you receive the order confirmation email. 4Low may cancel any order at its discretion, even after acceptance, and will notify you by email in such cases. Upon cancellation, you will not be required to pay for the order. Once the product is shipped, your payment method will be charged. The order confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase, so be sure to save a copy. We retain full legal ownership of the products until payment is completed. If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or other reasons, and the items are returned to us, we will assume that you have cancelled the contract, and we will refund in accordance with our Shipping and Refund Policy.

4Low does not guarantee product availability and reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time. Certain items may be unavailable even if the Website indicates they are in stock. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee its availability.
